Nestled below The Bluff at Brooloo in the picturesque Mary Valley, Rosevale House Bed and Breakfast offers the perfect place to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. From the beginning to the end of your stay, your hosts, Steve and Debbie Paine will do all in their power to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing and memorable.
Rosevale House began its existence in Moorooka in Brisbane in the early 1930’s. The ornate decorative plaster ceilings demonstrate the artistic nature of that period. About 20 years ago, the house was sawn into 2 pieces and transported to its present position. Steve and Debbie purchased Rosevale House in 2007 and have lovingly restored the old house and turned it into a charming traditional bed and breakfast for discerning adults.
Rosevale House, Brooloo is set on 5 acres of landscaped gardens exactly 10kms north of Kenilworth and 10kms south of Imbil. This area of the beautiful Mary Valley on the Sunshine Coast hinterland is an easy 90 minute drive north from Brisbane and is adjacent to Noosa, to many referred to as the Noosa Hinterland.
The beginning of your perfect getaway begins with a complimentary Devonshire Tea, which can be served on your own private verandah overlooking the landscaped gardens. Each morning enjoy a traditional full gourmet English breakfast or vegetarian alternative in the guest dining room, or on your own verandah.

A plentiful supply of appetizing fresh fruit and vegetables are produced from the rich soils of not only the Mary Valley but also our own veggie patch here at Rosevale House. We use home or locally grown organic fresh produce whenever possible.
BookingsAll bookings are guaranteed by a 50% deposit. Cancellation prior to visit will attract AUD $25 administration fee.
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to booking date, 50% of deposit is retained unless we can rebook the room.
For no show without cancellation and same day cancellation, 100% of deposit is retained.
