Kenilworth Realty opened their doors in October 2003.
Carol Gilmour, principal and licensee, has been in the real estate industry since 1992 where she first started selling real estate in Nambour, as well as doing sales Carol assisted in residential and holiday property management and sales support on the Sunshine Coast.
Kenilworth is a friendly country town with enthusiastic locals who believe in the future of the town. Kenilworth is only 20 minutes northwest of Nambour and 35 minutes west of Noosa, with easy access to the Bruce Highway and connection roads which will take you to the Sunshine Coast , south to Brisbane and north to Gympie.
Kenilworth is well known for its local farming, wineries and Kenilworth cheese. Our township has a lot to offer with horse riding in the State Forest , camping and swimming at Charlie Moreland campsite, pleasant eateries, Art Galleries, museum and a park for children to play.
